We also train our people to identify and speak out when they see unsafe behaviors and to build on best practice to reduce unsafe acts.
ALFAYHAA has established, documented, implemented and maintained a QHSE Management System (QHSE MS) with an aim and commitment to continually improve by meeting the Policies and Objectives identified.
The objectives and the policies are under periodic review and likely to change as a result of growth and progress.
The ( QHSE MS ) comprises of processes identified and sequentially implemented considering the interaction between the processes that are controlled through criteria and methods communicated to the appropriate level and monitored through measurements and analysis to achieve planned results and continual improvement.

The ( QHSE MS ) documentation includes QHSE Manual, procedures, list of legal and other requirements and forms to ensure effective operation and control of the processes.
