As a regional project-based company, Al FAYHAA has established an undisputed capability to deliver complex projects through the adaptation of a structural & executive project management process developed based on the Project ManagementInstitute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).The Al FAYHAA Project Management Methodology (PMM) - which refers to the project execution plan - has extracted the key common themes, modified as necessary, to provide an Al FAYHAA specific framework that supports our project management community. Al FAYHAA will follow its project management methodology for the Various Projects benefiting from the experience of the previous projects implemented in the region’s work environment.
