Project Description
Al-Soudah Resort Centre is a tourism project developed by The National Co. for
Development & Tourism Investment (Syahya) in order to develop the tourism
industry in Aseer Province, and to attract the tourists either form inside the kingdom
or the GCC countries.
ALFAYHAA constructed all the concrete structure, finishing, architectural, electrical,
plumbing, fence and side-walk works in addition to all the external works beside
the following buildings :
Thirty duplex villas - Administration - Mosque - Staff housing - Drivers housing
Gasoline Station - Commercial centre - Supermarket and restaurant .
