Project Description

the project consists of:

A- Housing Area:
1. 320 Families villas (354,000 M2).
2. 184 Flats for single clerks & teachers in a two story buildings (35,200 M2).
B- General Services Area:
1. Two boys & girls schools (9,600 M2)
2. Two nursery & clinic buildings (6,300 M2)
3. Three building: comm. centre + mosque + gym + swim pool (5,800 M2)
4. Public Garden (6,000 M2)
5. Motel of 64 suites, green field & fountain (1,800 M2

C- Governmental Services Area:
Administrative governmental complex & services consists of Post & Tel Bldg., Police Bldg., Municipality Bldg., Electricity Bldg.
and Fire Fighting Dept.

D- Public Utilities:
Artesian Well (420 M), Water Tank (25 M), Water Dest. Station & Sewage T. Plant

E- External Works:
Asphalted roads network (350,000 M2), water supply piping network, potable water piping network, sewage piping network, 12 electrical rooms with electrical wiring and telephone cables, and external lighting for total area. Landscaping for the total area of 65,000 M2 and more than 4000 trees.

The project consists of a basement, ground floor, 3 repeated floors for books and a separate building for the graduated.
